Coming from Judenburg via Unzmarkt to Scheifling. Turn right here and drive to Murau. In Katsch an der Mur, keep right again and drive via St. Peter am Kammersberg to Schöder.

Coming from Tamsweg via Ranten (or Stadl an der Mur), keep left and drive to Schöder.

From the starting point S8, walk towards the church at the Hirschenwirt inn. After about 50 m, turn right and follow the ascending, paved municipal road until you reach a gravel road. Continue on this road and follow the signs. The path leads past the “Pöppler” farmstead to an old forest road that leads into the settlement area. Keep to the right and continue until you pass the waste collection point, then keep right again towards the Neuwirt inn. Here you will pass the starting point S7. Walk behind the inn and after a short time you will come to a gravel road, which you follow for about 1 km. Cross the Schöderbach stream and follow the ascending path to the forest road. Walk back to Schöder on this road and continue back to the starting point.
