Brunch with a breathtaking view, combined with the idyll of the Styrian volcano country, delicious regional products - we offer you all this at the Haas fruit winery
Our brunch always starts at 9:30 am and ends at 2:00 pm. We start with a sparkling apple frizzante or apple-raspberry frizzante (Wudhupf) as an aperitif.
Delicious pastries from our regional bakers, a wide selection of sausages and cheeses, various egg dishes, soup, waffles, lots of great snacks such as our layered salad, muesli variations, yoghurts, a wide range of desserts and much more......
The large selection of food is rounded off with various types of coffee, tea and our own fruit juices and nectars.
Lactose-free, gluten-free or vegan dishes are also available at our brunches on request.
Price per person 2024: € 38.90 (price valid from January 2024, vouchers retain their value as before)
Children's prices individually on request
In order to guarantee a relaxed brunch atmosphere, the number of people for group reservations is limited to 10.
If a group booking is made with more than 10 people, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Fruit Growing and Fruit Processing
Fruit growing has a long tradition on our farm. In 1986, Karl and Roswitha Haas took over the farm. Starting with fruit production for the wholesale market, we gradually began transitioning to fruit processing and direct marketing in the 1990s.
Meanwhile, a large part of our fruit is processed into various fruit juices, pure apple musts, Frizzante, apple cider, high-quality distillates, and vinegar.
A small beekeeping operation is also located on our farm.
In the last 10 years, special attention has been given to the production of pure apple must. Today, up to 10 different must varieties are produced from high-quality fruit using modern cellar technology and a lot of passion.
Older varieties such as Maschanzker, Kronprinz Rudolf, Ilzer Rosenapfel, etc. are also not forgotten.
In 2014, we switched our farm to organic farming. Since 2017, we have been a certified organic farm both for fresh fruit and in the production of must and fruit juices.
Events
To make the most beautiful day in life even more beautiful, we offer two stunning and exclusive wedding venues for civil ceremonies outdoors.
With a lot of love and passion, weddings are organized here. From the civil ceremony to the exclusive wedding table, all wishes are anticipated.
Additionally, our location is ideal for company celebrations, birthday parties, class reunions, etc.
Our facilities can accommodate up to 80 people, and a children's area can be set up as well as a large terrace with a view towards Gnas connected to the facilities.
A unique atmosphere with great views, personalized event planning, and warmth make every celebration a wonderful experience.
We tailor every celebration individually, according to the wishes of our guests.
Kaskögerlweg
A significant economic importance for us is also the “Kaskögerlweg”, a hiking trail that we established 10 years ago in collaboration with the municipality of Poppendorf. The hiking trail is very well received and has already brought us many good customers.
A circular route that extends about 10 km through the beautiful meadows and forests of Southeastern Styria – pure nature.
