Herbal village station
FürstenfeldThe herb village station Söchau connects soccer, health, and experiential knowledge.
The football club Söchau was founded in 1964 by Erich Sammer, Dr. Georg Silbert, Hans Wilfling, Kurt Kagerer, and Gernot Gollop.
After Erich Sammer, Hans Wilfling took over the position of chairman. Under his leadership, promotion to the Under League South was achieved in 1972.
In 2004, the new herb village stadium was built with a lot of diligence and determination.
In the thermal and volcanic region, the herb village station Söchau is a special highlight.
Here, movement, nature experience, and regionality come together – perfect for active athletes, families, and fans.
The station is easily accessible and also offers space for breaks, conversations, and enjoyment of nature.
Visit the herb demonstration garden Söchau after a football match and enjoy regional specialties at the nearby herb café Wilfling.
