Beautiful times are coming! The Flower Parade of the Styrian Flower Road with festively decorated floats and an entertaining supporting program is making its way into the Experience Region East Styria. The garden and flower village Vorau is hosting this major event for the second time.
The most beautiful flower villages in the region delight flower enthusiasts with their colorful splendor and are connected by the Styrian Flower Road. In the flower market Vorau, you can not only recharge wonderfully but also visit the Augustinian Monastery with its Baroque library or the Open-Air Museum. You can also admire the annual floral splendor that is lovingly maintained by the residents throughout the whole village.
Program:
from 11 AM:
A breakfast gathering with the Bosstrompetn-Musi in the Urkraft Arena and visit of the flower floats
from 1 PM:
Start of the flower parade with the wonderfully decorated flower floats and the brass bands from the region
afterwards:
Awarding of the flower floats and presentation of the flower royalty
Closing with the Bosstrompetn-Musi
(Children's) Supporting Program

The moderation for this event will be handled by the popular ORF Steiermark reporter Kathi Wenusch.
Entry: General € 10.00 p.P. | Children up to 15 years free

At the Flower Parade 2025, the flower royalty will be elected. These royal personalities will represent the Styrian Flower Road for the next two years.
Requirements for the candidates are:
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Connection to the Flower Road and the willingness to represent it
- Driver's license and own car advantageous
