Our kitchen is a little different than usual and only offers what is currently available.
We attach great importance to the fresh preparation of our dishes. Head chef and butcher Wolfgang designs our offer in a versatile and imaginative way. Once a week we slaughter and process everything that is possible. In addition, we are free of industrial lemonades and only offer homemade juices, as well as regional beer and top wines.
