Unser Landhaus Kurzen, in absoluter Alleinlage – ohne Fernsehen, Internet oder Ablenkung – ist der ideale Ort dafür. Eingebettet im Naturpark Almenland in der Oststeiermark bietet es Ihnen Raum für Rückzug, Klärung und neue Leichtigkeit.
Ablauf – dein Weg ins Loslassen
Tag 1 – Ankommen & zur Ruhe kommen
Nach einer ersten, erholsamen Nacht starten wir am späten Vormittag gemeinsam mit einer geführten Entspannungsmeditation. Sie hilft dir, ganz im Hier und Jetzt anzukommen – bei dir selbst, an diesem besonderen Ort. Den restlichen Tag verbringst du in Stille und innerem Fluss.
Tag 2 – Erkennen & Loslassen
Heute stehen zwei individuelle energetische Einzelarbeiten auf dem Programm. An ausgewählten Kraftplätzen im Freien oder im Haus begleite ich – Peter Alexander Möstl, diplomierter Humanenergetiker – dich durch diesen Prozess:
Erzählen – Erkennen – Bewusst werden – Loslassen.
Tag 3 – In der neuen Leichtigkeit verweilen
Den letzten vollen Tag, die dritte Nacht und den Abreisevormittag verbringst du ganz bei dir. In der Stille des Hauses oder draußen in der Natur – ungestört und klar. Spüre, wie das Belastende weicht und neue Leichtigkeit Raum gewinnt.
