Conditions

Please plan your arrival so that you arrive in the course of the afternoon. Use your arrival day as an ideal introduction to your well-deserved time-out and explore the unique Salzkammergut on your way to us. Numerous excursion destinations and sights are in our immediate vicinity. Your room is ready for occupancy on the day of arrival between 3:00 pm and no later than 4:00 pm. You are welcome to use the hotel's own bathing and sauna facilities from the time you check into your room. Please note that arrival at our hotel is possible until 11:00 p.m. If you arrive later, please let us know in time so that we can coordinate it accordingly. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 12:00 noon and offer you the opportunity to use our wellness area for the entire day free of charge. There are enough changing rooms and lockable lockers available.

Travel relaxed without traffic jam by train. We will be happy to pick you up free of charge (between 09:00 and 16:00) from the train station with our hotel's own Auszeit bus and bring you to the WASNERIN.
